Refund & Cancellation Policy

BZ STORE is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy explains order cancellations, returns and refunds.

1. Order cancellation

• You may cancel free of charge before your order is prepared or delivered, by contacting us within 24 hours of placing it.
• Once prepared or delivered, the return terms below apply.

2. Returns & exchanges

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
• Items must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging, plus proof of purchase.

3. Repairs

• Repair cost and time are confirmed with the customer before work starts; no repair is done without approval.
• Completed repair services are non-refundable except for errors on our part.

4. Non-returnable items

• Used items or items damaged by misuse, activated software and digital cards, and final-sale offers (stated at purchase).

5. Refund method & timing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• They are processed within 7–14 business days of approval; posting time may vary by your bank or payment provider.
